CityDesk is a scheduling tool ideal for customers who have a large number of booked or scheduled calls which need to be centrally managed. You can select anyone in your organisation to set up the calls, for example a PA, Receptionist or Helpdesk.

You can add a cost code/matter number which appears on your bill, notify participants instantly, and select your preferred international dial-in numbers. For additional security, each conference booked generates a unique PIN. Billing information can be integrated with your billing system and is also available in Excel format for filtering and sorting.

Access to CityDesk is via a secure internet page which can be custom branded with your company logo which will appear on all invites and emails.
