Record Your Calls
It's easy to record your calls and share the recordings.
You can record your audio conference by pressing #7 on your telephone while on a conference call and follow the audio prompts or online via Conference Control.
All conference recordings appear automatically in the customer’s area of our web site where you can:
- Download your recording to your PC in .wma, .wav or .MP3 format
- Request transcription of the audio file which is sent to you in 2 working days
- Set up an audio Replay session so that anyone you choose can hear your recorded audio conference or specific message address live through their telephone for a selected time period
- Set up a web streaming session so that anyone you choose can hear your recorded audio conference or specific address live through their computer for a selected time period
- Upload any audio file of your choice from your local PC and save it in the customer’s area. The recording will appear at the top of your recordings list in red, indicating that it has automatically been activated on the Replay service for 7 days
- Erase a recording and permanently remove the recording from the system
